The villas are located on the slopes of Učka mountain above Opatija at 350-400 m above sea level. Učka offers a handful of different sports activities: from hiking, climbing, mountain biking, free flying to numerous sports competitions and races. On the promenade you can enjoy not only the magnificent view of the town, but also the view of the neighboring islands.

A staircase leads to the basement, which is equipped with a bar, a fitness room as well as shower facilities and a sauna.
