We have full ownership of a plot of 16 ha (160,000m²) located in Kalaat El Andalous governorate of Ariana on the seafront served by the tarmac road with electricity and water and near a small fishing port and marina that perfectly meets the aspirations of interior tourism whether Tunisians residing in the country or abroad. Indeed we are 30 km from Tunis in an area that combines the pleasures of the sea and the countryside while being 20 minutes from the airport and 30 minutes from the city center. This project will also have the merit of boosting the economic life of an entire region and will allow the creation of more than one thousand (1000) permanent jobs. I LAND The land consists of a lot A with a capacity of 16 ha 81A 650 The land is located on the seafront and at a beach length of approximately 1,300m and a depth of approximately 200m outside the maritime domain . It is bounded to the east by the sea, to the north to the south and to the west by large plots of land. The shape is rectangular, plots A and B are crossed by an access road that leads to the beach. The terrain is flat and has no unevenness. -II-THE PROGRAM The promoter proposes to build on the land an integrated holiday village comprising in a first stage five hundred (500) residences of different sizes, a central entertainment center and a leisure and sports center, all integrated in the spirit of an Andalusian type village. The establishment of these units will take place in an environment of greenery and gardens with collective facilities for use, in particular car parks.
