The hotel has additional dedicated spaces, such as warehouses, depots, staff bathrooms, technical rooms and boiler, independent diesel electric generator and solar panels. In addition to the aforementioned accommodation facility, there is also a small house with direct access from the hotel, consisting of a bathroom, dressing room and bedroom on the first floor, while the ground floor is used as a storage room.
