The 15th-century Palazzotto, located in the heart of Nardò's historic center, just steps away from the Duomo, boasts numerous unique features, among which the imposing star-shaped vaults stand out. The exterior of the building, characterized by refined details in Lecce stone and the city's original historic paving, foreshadows the elegance of the interiors. Upon entering, one is welcomed by a charming garden, visible and accessible from both the living room and the kitchen. The latter, in addition to being spacious, bright, and cool thanks to the vaults, is embellished with a fireplace that dominates the environment. The living room, which leads to the kitchen equipped with another, smaller fireplace and the bedroom with a bathroom, introduces the two bedrooms on the first floor. The extensive outdoor space of about 100 square meters offers a breathtaking view of a disused bell tower and also includes three citrus trees and two staircases that lead to two different points of the property: the cellar, characterized by barrel vaults, and the terrace, from which various important monuments nearby can be admired.
