Field with flat topography, intended for the production of skittles and cattle fattening, where 64% of its surface is made up of natural and artificial meadows.
It is located in one of the best areas of Chile for fattening and raising animals. In addition, due to its Trumao-type soil quality, part of the field is suitable for fruit trees. The field has a network of interior roads that allow the entire area to be traveled by car, perimeter and interior fences in good condition, and a drainage network that enables the meadows to be worked throughout the year. It has two deep wells in the registration process for 19 l/s and 2.7 l/s. In addition, an administration and office house, a second worker's house, a shed, warehouses, a chute, and livestock pens. It is one of the few fields of more than 500 hectares, making it very attractive for an agricultural/livestock business with diverse productive areas. In addition, due to its location close to the Rupanco and Puyehue lakes, it is even suitable for a real estate project.
