Exemplary total costs of electricity for the year 06.2020-06.2021 is PLN 3,600 with the operation of devices such as: heat pump for heating and hot water production, induction cooker, electric oven, dishwasher, ventilation unit, washing machine, tumble dryer, night lighting of the house controlled astronomical clock (7 energy-saving external lamps), internal lighting home is energy-saving GU10 sources - color temperature 4000K (natural daylight). External walls: - white Temoogranika polystyrene 20 cm thick, silicate plaster, light facade, no algae / algae on the facade, no so-called "ladybug effect" on the facade, - roof: glossy black ceramic tile, engobed, Koramic, the dormer facade is natural slate, - roof insulation: Isover 033 mineral wool, gr. 30 cm, - insulation of basement walls under the ground level, 10 cm XPS, - wooden ceiling between the ground floor and the first floor, muted from impact sounds, made in such a way that walking does not cause squeaks, - air tightness of the building, with particular emphasis on the attic - no chimneys, for mechanical ventilation with an efficient at least 75% heat recovery. Installations: - for heating and hot water, a NIBE ground heat pump (2 vertical boreholes on the plot next to the house) is used, maintenance-free, does not require external periodic inspections, heats the entire house to 25 degrees C without any problems. - ventilation: ventilation unit of the Krakow brand Thessla-Green. Mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, the efficiency can be freely controlled from a smartphone in the range from 10% to 100%, in addition, an F9 pre-filter (anti-smog) filter replacement every two years. The control panel has an automatic bypass function. Note: no fungus or the like is allowed to appear in the pipes of this ventilation, because it is not air conditioning, where condensation may occur. Dry air always flows through these pipes. - electrics: The electrical installation is completely new, made and designed by a licensed electrician, most appliances in the kitchen have their own separate electric circuit. Three-wire, boxless installation, diameter of copper wires in socket circuits - 2.5 mm2, in lighting circuits - 1.5 mm2. The switchgear uses such devices as: 3-phase surge arrester, 3 x 3-phase residual current devices (safety in case of any closing of the circuit by a human - immediate power cut-off). Possibility to install photovoltaics: a cable for connecting the photovoltaic was led out of the switchboard. - alarm, when the alarm is armed, the main water valve is closed and the ventilation efficiency is reduced to a minimum, - internet, twisted pair distributed throughout the house (where there are internet sockets), in the attic a switch connected to the LTE home internet modem. - tv, the ability to connect a second decoder, the so-called multiroom, wherever SAT sockets have been installed, - lightning protection system: the lightning protection system on the roof is connected to a copper hoop in the ground surrounding the whole house at a depth of 1 m, also the earthing of the electrical installation (yellow-green wire) is connected to the hoop (pins in contacts they are truly grounded). The installation provides safety during a thunderstorm, - rainwater sewage system: in case of greater rainfall, rainwater from the roof of the house and garage does not remain on the property, but is channeled and goes to an underground absorbent well with a diameter of 1.5 m and a height of 2 m. :: CONTACT TO THE AGENT Adam Myśków 500 100 830 516 081 004 adam@lex-house.pl :: OFFICE DETAILS Lex House Tomasz Ambroziak Lex House Tomasz Ambroziak Jagiellońska 4/2 70-435 Szczecin +48 500 100 830 www.lex-house .pl Offer sent from the Galactica Virgo system
