This beautiful tourist accommodation facility is located at the foot of a group of hills in the surroundings of Lucca and was built in a Villa believed to have been built in the early nineteenth century by a Napoleonic official in Lucca following Elisa Baciocchi.
In fact, traces of an intervention carried out in this period could be identified in the residual colors under the plaster and in decorative elements still existing in some rooms.
In the transformation into a hotel, but it is preferable to say "house", this previous decoration was taken into account, creating 10 suites and living rooms with nineteenth-century furniture, fabrics and carpets taken from cartoons of the time and boiseries and doors taken from motifs found on site.
The restaurant is located in a Victorian-style conservatory surrounded by a lush garden of shrubs, flowers and water plants, crossed by a babbling stream and with a large swimming pool.
This prestigious property is in good maintenance conditions and is arranged on three levels above ground and a basement for a total surface area of approximately 1,200 m2.
On the ground floor we find the reception, a living room, the kitchen with professional equipment and the restaurant. On the first and second floors there are ten double bedrooms, four of which are suites with private living rooms.
The villa is surrounded by approximately 5,000 m2 of well-planted park where there is also a large car park.
PLEASE ABSTAIN CURIOUS AND TIME WASTERS.
