Of course, the villa also has centralized hot-cold air conditioning both in the living room and in all bedrooms so that the property is always at the temperature chosen by the client. In addition, the property has 4 large bedrooms, a kitchen open to the living room with a large island and dining area and 3 full bathrooms, one of which is private from the master bedroom.
The outside area of the property has beautiful gardens of natural grass with large green areas, and fruit trees typical of the area, which give the villa a Mediterranean touch.

The front area of the house is the best place in the house as it is where the pool, lawn and solarium area is located.
