This delightful holiday villa is the perfect starting point for discovering the natural beauty and cultural and historical heritage of the island of Brač, while the well-organized courtyard area, including several terraces and chill-out zones, allows you to fully indulge in the flavors and odors of the Mediterranean. The refine stone exterior is wholly built of famous Brac stone (the same stone as the US White House) and boasts traditional Dalmatian style for the authentic holiday experience that won't leave you indifferent. The elegant interior is spread over three floors connected by an internal architectural staircase. There is one spacious bedroom suite on the ground floor with a queen-sized bed, bathroom and sitting area, and French doors leading to the terraces. On the same level, you can also find the central kitchen and dining and a sitting room with an antique stone fireplace. The middle level comprises three bedrooms and three bathrooms and the entertainment room with satellite TV and DVDs and several games, including table tennis. There are three terraces on this level. The top floor of the villa has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a fully-fitted kitchenette and sitting area with plasma tv/DVD/satellite, and two terraces. Outdoor terraces are enriched with authentic Mediterranean greenery and a modern swimming pool with comfortable sun loungers, offering plenty of options for the utmost enjoyment of the waterfront ambiance and alfresco dining. One of the terraces is enhanced with a hot tub and a hammock, and a large day bed with cushions. The pristine Adriatic is only steps away from the terrace, allowing you to indulge in the crystal clear sea at any time. At guests' disposal are stand-up paddleboards, kayaks, and bikes. Upon request, the owners can arrange direct transport from the airport or private boat excursions with a skipper or several water activities, depending on the clients' requirements. The villa is only a five-minute drive to the picturesque village of Sumartin and the larger village of Selca, where you will find bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants, and several coffee places.
