An eighteenth-century villa of undoubted charm and prestige renovated in 1911, in Art Nouveau style by the architect Silvio Caregaro Negrin, son of the more famous Antonio.
The Villa and its wonderful park are located on the slopes of the Berici Hills, in the center of the town of Longare, and enjoy a splendid view of the plain and Privacy.
Part of the Villa was renovated in the late '90s, intervening on the floors, windows and plaster exterior.
In other parts of the villa instead we still find the finishes of the early '900 including the fine colored tiles of the floors still original.
The Villa is characterized by the presence on the sides of two turrets from the top of which you can enjoy a magnificent view.

LOCATION:
Longare is the first town on the Berica Riviera, the road that connects the center of Vicenza with the Bassa Padovana in the direction of Rovigo.
At the entrance of the Villa, which is located in an internal position with respect to the main roads, runs the well-known and appreciated bicycle path that connects Vicenza with Padua and all the southern Veneto, and which boasts the record of being the longest in the Veneto.
The city of Vicenza is only 10 km away, 10 minutes by car or 20 by bicycle.

The Villa is not bound to the Cultural Heritage and Landscape but has only a historical bond affixed by the City, and that provides that you can not change the external facades.
The interior can therefore be easily remodeled and adapted to new needs.
