The Casa Itaparica is a beautifully furnished and cozy private home and sitio on the island of Itaparica (Bahia) right in the center of Itaparica. It is located near the Praia do Forte beach and offers accommodation for 6 people.
There are many restaurants in the vicinity, several beautiful beaches and a high potential for immersion in one of the most beautiful places in Bahia. The place has a very particular and unique charm. The beach is kilometers long at low tide and you can walk endlessly. It is located at a parallel street of the Avenida 24 de outubro, right next to the market place. The house has approx. 95 m² of living space, 3 suites with shower rooms, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a large veranda with comfortable seating as well as the pavilion with the dining area.
The house is well equipped with Internet, WiFi, TV, SKY, a washing machine, gas stove, sink, fridge / freezer, microwave, coffee maker, Mixer, toaster, dishes, cooking utensils, outdoor shower and sink in the pátio.

Itaparica is one of the most beautiful islands of the Brazilian coast. Its coast, to a large extent, is surrounded by coral reefs, called “Pinaúnas Reefs”, which extends from Bom Despacho to Cacha Pregos. By Decree-Law 467 of October 20, 1997, the Pinaúnas Environmental Preservation Area was established. Itaparica Island is 45 minutes from Salvador by ferry or Mar Grande Maritime Transport System; and is linked to the mainland, in the far southeast (Estreito do Funil), by the João das Botas bridge via BA-001.
The city of Itaparica is the only seaside hydromineral resort in the Americas. Its water is carbonated and sulphated with a good dose of carbonic acid, source radioactivity at 20 degrees Celsius of 0.82 males. It has digestive and diuretic power and is especially recommended for patients with liver and spleen problems.
The new bridge connecting Salvador and the Ilha da Itaparica is bound to start its construction process by the end of this year.
