The 'Monte da Vinha' with an area close to 7 hectares, is located in the region of Portalegre, in Alto Alentejo.
The property consists of the house - Monte typically Alentejo, traditional construction, recovered in 2003, and composed by: 2 living rooms, one of them with a floor fireplace, 4 bedrooms, 1 kitchen with cupboards, 2 bathrooms, corridor, 1 service bathroom and a laundry room. It also has a garage, technical annex and small porch with traditional oven. Interior doors in solid wood, and windows in lacquered aluminium with double glazing. The floors of the house are in terracotta tiles, and pre-installation for central heating.
The land incorporates a beautiful vineyard in frank production with an area of 4.65 hectares, diverse orchard with 4.500 m2, clean land 6.500 m2 and social area (urban) with 250 m2, adding the garage with 60 m2 and the technical storage with 10 m2.
