The AlpenTherme, the spa center and all the congress facilities in town can be reached in less than 5 minutes on foot. A stop for the free ski bus and the train station line are a few meters from the house.
On the ground floor there is a huge spacious living room with a fire place, a study, a dining room and a kitchen with all modern facilities.
On the first and the second floor you can find 11 elegant completely furnished large bedrooms with bathrooms and built-in wardrobes. From the bedrooms you can get to the spacious terrace with a splendid view on the mountain slopes.
In the basement there are: a sauna, a garage and a room for ski equipment.
On the ground floor there is a small leaking of pipes, therefore a small cosmetic repair may be required.
Bad hofastein is an old spa town in the gastein valley. At its heart is the original spa area, laid out in a compact horseshoe on steep slopes. The stubnerkogel slopes above the town link with bad gastein, up the valley. Further down, a separate area of slopes above dorfgastein links with grossarl in the next valley. Way up the valley is another separate area at sportgastein. Various ski-bus routes and trains connect these points, and ‘run as per timetable’. Lots of resorts in this region are covered by the lift pass (ski amadé) and are easily reached by car.
