Mixed building, part urban and part rustic (the ruin is legalised). Only reconstruction of the ruin (between 200/300m2) is allowed.
Estate located between Cercal do Alentejo and Vila Nova de Milfontes with 92.3 hectares. The estate is partially fenced with several gates between walls. Sea view at 180º (between Cabo Sardao and Porto Covo with V.N. Milfontes in front).
