This living space consists of a large and comfortable living room, a multimedia corner with sofa that can be closed for privacy, a dining room and a fully equipped Gourmet kitchen. The large covered terrace houses an outdoor lounge and a long wooden table that can accommodate up to 14 guests. Two bedrooms are located to the right of the main living room, and three other bedrooms in the opposite wing. All have their own bathroom, a terrace and open onto the fabulous infinity pool and the spectacular view of the ocean. The master bedroom, meanwhile, occupies the entire floor with an indoor and outdoor living room, a terrace that wraps around the bedroom, an office, a huge dressing room and a majestic bathroom. All bookings including Christmas and New Years Day will be considered to be in the holiday season with a minimum stay of 14 nights. Rates are subject to change without notice. All weeks including Thanksgiving Day are considered High Season. During the Bucket Regatta period, the villa is available for rental only in full occupancy.
