Description
With its unique geographical, climatic and geological configuration, nestled between two rivers. Enriched by its long and famous history, the region of Nérac and its wines, in particular the wines of Buzet, enjoy a worldwide reputation.
Three appellations, Buzet, Armagnac and Côtes de Gascogne, the domain likes to take advantage of the diversity of soils and colours.
The vineyard has existed for more than a century, and is among the oldest properties of Buzet. Located on the heights of Nérac, it covers 26 hectares planted on a large plateau in a single block.
Its complex soils are mostly clay-limestone, as can be seen from the outcrops of stone, extracted from the land through work in the vineyard. This unique terroir is accentuated by a plateau of gentle slopes, allowing a regular and balanced water supply and guaranteeing excellent soil drainage.
The region's microclimate and the altitude of the estate (130 m) complete a remarkable natural equation.
