The short part of the L-shaped building has 2 floors and there is another house with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen/living room and a pantry with a bathroom, which can easily be converted into another apartment. It sleeps 12 people. The main house (private) is located on the upper part of the house with a kitchen/dining room and access to two terraces and to the attic, which is located on the ground floor. 1 indoor pool, 1 sauna/jacuzzi, 2 tool rooms, 6 parking spaces. The pool is equipped and has solar heating. There is the possibility of building 2 more wooden houses on the plot of the pool/garage complex.
