This beautiful rural property, also called “Chacara” in portuguese, is located in the district Garapuá, part of Tinharé Island and quite in the proximity of Morro de São Paulo
It is characterized by beautiful beaches, some of them considered one of the most beautiful in Brazil, with warm and clear waters.
The private home is very close to the sea (around 40 meters). It is a Construction with 260 m² and a pertaining land area with 2,096.42 m² or 2,446.42 m2 (another neighboring 350 m2 that can be added), containing coconut trees (10 dwarf coconut tree plantations) producing coconuts, with production around 2,500 to 3,000 coconuts a year), lemon and avocado trees, star fruit trees, as well as beautiful mango trees producing very sweet mangoes, sapodilla trees, and finally guava.
The house has a well designed architecture, ontaining on the ground floor a living room with high ceilings, kitchen, two bedrooms, complete bathroom and three large balconies.
On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms integrated into one, with a partition in a large palm oil mat, which can be closed with a masonry partition (depending on the buyer´s preference). Furthermore there is a full bathroom and large balcony with beautiful view

Garapuá is a small fishing village, where the inhabitants still live their lives in a simple way, basically surviving on fishing, which serves to supply not only the few restaurants in the village, but also the other communities on the island. The tourist infrastructure is basic with a significant growth potential. There are some inns, however, they do not have the same standard as those existing on the other beaches of Morro de São Paulo. But although they are simple, they will provide you with comfort and hospitality. A good tip is to stay overnight in one of these inns, have dinner in one of the restaurants and enjoy the starry night on the beach. Most restaurants serve tasty homemade food and traditional dishes from Bahian cuisine. Prices are quite affordable.
Regarding the history of Garapuá, it can be said that the town began to be discovered and developed touristically from 1995 on. At this time Garapuá started to be more visited. In its historical trajectory, the most important landmark is the chapel of São Francisco de Assis, patron saint of the village.
