With its architectural design and materials to be applied, it aims to respect the dominant characteristics of the region where it will be built, presenting sustainable architectural solutions to minimize environmental impact and preserve as much as possible the impermeability of the land.
As an example, the entrance facade of the building will be entirely covered with a black cork panel.
The proposed solution sought the best integration into the space through the morphological integration of the land and its surroundings. The materials to be applied will be typical of the region, allowing for full landscape integration, with the enhancement of natural elements and the cultural and architectural heritage, either through the choice of materials, the option of a green roof on much of the structure, or by partially or fully raising two blocks of rooms to reduce the impermeable area.
The hotel has 20 double rooms and 2 suites. Of these, 3 double rooms are fully accessible to people with reduced mobility, with adapted sanitary facilities. There are also 2 double rooms and 1 suite that are accessible but with restricted access using a platform lift.
