Josh is a Realtor with The Cottle Team at Summit Sotheby’s International Realty. He knows that of all the things money can buy, a home is one that has the greatest impact on quality of life. He helps people invest in a life they love.
Josh learned at an early age the importance of setting goals and reaching them. He found that failure was a great motivator, and that success was an even greater motivator. Josh found motivation to be the best at whatever he was involved in. He enjoyed a successful basketball career, winning multiple state championships, MVPs, and the Utah Gatorade player of the year award. He went on to play division 1 basketball and earned academic All-American honors. Josh went on to coach at Eastern Oregon University for a couple years while earning his Master’s Degree in Business Administration and graduating at the top of his class.
Josh moved back to Heber city and has found success in the real estate industry, ranking in the top 10 internationally of all major categories at his previous brokerage. He loves the Heber Valley and enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 kids.
