Pierre Brunet has with over 21 years of experience in the real estate business. Pierre was voted by his peers in March 2010 to represent them as one of the Directors of the Greater Montréal Real Estate Board (CIGM) as well as having been awarded as a top seller at his previous agency for 5 years in a row.
Having been his own Real Estate developer and property manager has allowed him to offer a unique perspective in the Real Estate industry. He has converted, renovated and sold more than 25 condominium units from 2010 to 2017. He is a firm believer of investing in real estate and owns several rental units himself.
Prior to entering the real estate world, Pierre was an agent and distributor in the sporting goods industry for more than 25 years. He has traveled the United States, Europe and Asia for all his different companies. This trade allowed him to gain keen negotiating skills.
A dedicated father of three, Pierre also holds a commercial aviation pilot licence and built a single engine plane (Glastar) as a hobby.
