Robert brings a wealth of experience to advising his clients on the purchase and sale of luxury real estate. He is an accomplished lawyer, with nearly 25 years of experience advising startup and Fortune 50 clients on complex real estate, regulatory and multiparty infrastructure negotiations. Over the course of his legal career, Robert provided strategic counsel to close more than $10B of merger and acquisition targets.
Robert is also a U.S. Army veteran and self-taught real estate investor. After graduating law school, he bought and flipped his first home as a side gig and thus began his love for real estate and design. In 2006 Robert founded a boutique real estate development firm where he led acquisition, renovation, legal conversion and property management for single and multi-family real estate investments. In all of these roles he has honed his ability to identify investment opportunities, negotiate, and leverage strategic and skillful measures to achieve impressive, and often record-breaking rental and sales results.
Robert’s past professional experience as a soldier, lawyer and real estate investor informs a service-based approach to his work. He has a keen eye for detail, and is compassionate, strategic and engaging. Robert is a member of the La Quinta Country Club. He starts his mornings with meditation and enjoys pickleball and travel in his time off.
