Nathan was raised in Texas. He has a strong background in hospitality, having worked at The Four Seasons in Dallas for almost a decade. He transitioned to healthcare soon after, becoming a respiratory therapist, and working in hospitals for 10 years. He moved to Florida in 2012 and loves living in paradise. He began investing in real estate when he married his wife, Yvette, and is self-taught in woodworking, basic electrical and plumbing. He has renovated over a dozen homes, ran successful Airbnbs, and takes pride in being a fair and responsive landlord. His transition to real estate full-time occurred after falling off a ladder, and having time to reconsider what he was passionate about in life. Strong ethics and communication are qualities that Nathan exemplifies, and believes are paramount to good relationships and longevity in this business. Nathan is happily married with a son and daughter, and lives in the Historic Grandview Heights neighborhood in West Palm Beach. He enjoys working out, tennis, traveling, renovating homes, and playing sports. Nathan is an expert in renovations and historic homes, as well as identifying income properties and vacation rentals.
