A lifelong Washingtonian, Kelly brings rare depth to her work, shaped by both her professional training and personal experience living throughout the region. She grew up in Arlington and McLean, rented her first home in Kalorama, spent a decade in Chevy Chase, DC, and has lived in Chevy Chase, Maryland for more than twenty years—giving her a uniquely intimate understanding of the area’s neighborhoods, schools, and lifestyle offerings.
Kelly holds a Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning from Virginia Tech and an MBA in Real Estate from American University. She began her career in commercial real estate finance before spending nearly three decades in a family-owned software development firm, experiences that continue to inform her analytical, detail-driven approach to residential brokerage. She entered residential real estate in 2008 and is also a Certified Relocation Consultant, working with clients at every stage of transition—from first-time buyers and upsizers to downsizers, investors, and families relocating in or out of the DMV.

Kelly and her husband raised their three children in the Washington area, all of whom are now launched in exciting professional chapters—two in New York City and one in Atlanta. When she is not advising clients, Kelly enjoys supporting local organizations and can often be found walking around town with her Samoyed, Hamilton.
