I moved to Long Beach in 1977 after graduating from the University of California at Santa Barbara. I was married in November of 1977 and became a resident in Belmont Shore at that time. My wife and I bought our first home and lived for three years in Belmont Shores. We then sold that home and moved into Naples Island in February of 1983 and have been here ever since!
Over the years, I have traveled extensively throughout many wonderful countries, including all of Western Europe, Australia, Tasmania, New Zealand, Japan, Fiji, New Caledonia, Vanuatu, and The Solomon Islands. Although these exotic locations have wonderful and very beautiful attractions, I still believe that Naples Island , right here in Southern California, offers one of the most unique Lifestyles in the world. We have all the benefits of the Los Angeles and Orange County area, however, we also have the small town feel that is so unique to Southern California.
In 2007 my Mentor and good friend, Mr. Charles Lane of Equity Brokers, invited me to join him and his Partners at Equity Brokers. I was so pleased and Honored to have been asked to join Equity Brokers as they had not hired anyone for the previous 23 years. It was an opportunity of my lifetime and I certainly was excited to follow in the footsteps of my mentor Charles Lane. It was Charles’ wish that I take his Company to the next generation. He unfortunately passed away seven months later in July 2007.
I owned and worked at Equity Brokers for 14 years and then made a move back to Corporate and joined Compass Real Estate, in March of 2021, before finally finding my home at Vista Sothebys International Realty in 2024.
I presently have a local Naples Island Office centrally at 37 The Colonnade, located in the Heart of Naples Island. My Expertise is Specializing in the Fine Homes of the Surrounding Waterfront Communities.
