I got my first taste of real estate in Paris, France where I grew up. After graduating from boarding school with my International Baccalaureate, I worked with IBM Europe as a Relocation Coordinator. I learned firsthand all the complexities and details it takes in coordinating an international move. Two years later, I decided to come back to America and continue my education at Samford University and graduated from UAB with a degree in Marketing. While working my way through college and after graduation, I worked with several large, local companies which furthered my real estate knowledge and made me realize that real estate was my true calling. When Jim Lawrence launched his fledgling company, LAH in 1993, I joined them as one of their original agents. I was inspired by a company that put ethics above profit and emphasized that treating people right is always a #1 priority. I continue to put my clients’ interests above my own and because of this, I have many repeat clients who also recommend me to their friends and family. This is the highest honor I can receive. Now that LAH is affiliated with the powerhouse brand of SIR, I now have even more marketing tools and international exposure available to put to use for my clients’ benefit. Even though SIR has a reputation for serving the luxury, international market, I personally still focus most on our local market in all price brackets. No house is ever too small! Every one of my clients receives my highest priority and service. As a full-time working mom to a daughter in college who I adopted internationally as a baby, I have become an expert at juggling a lot of responsibilities and I am good at organization and details. We have two cats that we rescued from an ice storm who make us laugh every day. I enjoy reading, cooking and spending time with my daughter.
