Alex Sloan is originally from Springfield, Tennessee, and now lives near downtown Nashville. With more than $135 million in gross real estate sales, he ranks among Zeitlin Sotheby’s International Realty’s top agents and is consistently recognized within the top 1% of Nashville real estate professionals. Known for his thoughtful approach and dedication to client service, Alex builds lasting relationships with both buyers and sellers by delivering a seamless and highly personalized experience.

Alex specializes in downtown Nashville condominiums and single-family homes, and has been involved in the sale of more than 200 downtown condos, working closely with developers and representing stunning luxury high-rise residences throughout the city.

He earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from the prestigious O’More College in Franklin before beginning his career as an interior designer for Narofsky Architects in New York and later for McAlpine Booth & Ferrier, a nationally recognized design firm ranked among Architectural Digest’s Top 100.

His background in architecture and design gives him a unique advantage in the marketplace. Alex leverages his training to thoughtfully position listings, ensuring homes are presented at their highest potential and poised to achieve exceptional results. His design eye also allows him to quickly identify renovation opportunities and hidden value, an advantage he understands well as a real estate investor himself.

Approachable, energetic, and deeply committed to his clients’ success, Alex is known for making the real estate process both strategic and enjoyable. Outside of real estate, he enjoys spending time with family north of Nashville and traveling the world in search of new inspiration.
