We are delighted to introduce you a stunning villa situated at the beachfront of Limassol, Cyprus. It is located at the Tourist Area, where you can find all the main and luxury shops, restaurants, cinemas, bars and clubs. All the necessities are reachable by walking distance and if you use a car, you will need no more than 15-20 minutes to reach any part of the town to supply your needs.
You can literally access the beach by opening one of the two gates from the garden and within 10-15 meters; you are already enjoying the Mediterranean Sea! It is made for living, in terms that there are two floors that can be used separately from each other as each one has a kitchen, living room and bedrooms, ideal for big families. There is also a sauna located in a separate building by the beach which is heated up with wood, can accumulate up to 10 people and this building has its own living room, wc and showers.
