Carpentry Services
- All carpentry tasks will include finishing (varnishing, oil painting), along with necessary accessories such as handles and locks.
- Doors will be constructed from particle board with melamine sheet lining and installed accordingly.
- Kitchen counters and cabinets will also be made from particle board with melamine sheet lining and installed as specified.
- Bedroom cabinets will be made from particle board with melamine sheet lining and installed as required.
Railing Doors
- Opening doors will feature perimeter hollow sections measuring 50 x 50 mm.
- Vertical slats will measure 5 x 50 mm.
Flooring
Interior
- Bedroom flooring will consist of laminate.
- The kitchen, living room, corridor, and other areas will have ceramic flooring (minimum size 40 x 40 cm), installed with adhesive and jointed. Factory grout will be used.
Exterior
- Flooring and ceramics (minimum size 40 x 40 cm) will be installed with cement adhesive and jointed. Factory grout will be applied.

- Ceramic tiles will be used for cladding in bathrooms, kitchens, and toilets (minimum size 40 x 40 cm).

- Window sills will be made from stone or marble, measuring 300 mm in width and 30 mm in thickness.
