The City Council of Alter do Chao issued a favorable opinion, in accordance with the PDM framework, for the construction of new apartments with a maximum capacity of 200 beds. Following this, there is already an architectural project for the construction of another 42 apartments, resulting in an additional area of 4,335.00 m2 and for another 124 guests, in a total of 200.
In addition to the construction area already mentioned above, the construction capacity that is allowed in the PDM for this plot corresponds to an addition of 16,000.00 m2 for other purposes than hotels/residential.
