THE INTERIOR: Villa Stella Adriatica is divided into three independent bodies that allow for maximum privacy. The first body has a large living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms each with en suite bathroom. The second body has an entrance hallway, a living room, two bedrooms also with en suite bathroom. The third body consists of a storage room with bathroom with a separate entrance and a bedroom with bathroom with a separate entrance. The rooms open onto the well-kept, lush garden and the swimming pool, as well as allowing plenty of natural light to flood the rooms. All the furnishings are designed by interior designers, and the supplies are signed by the excellences of Italian design: such as flexform and flos, which enrich each room with personality and refinement. The finishes are of the highest quality, with trani stone on the floor, laid in opus incertum, which rises to characterise the bathroom coverings. All appliances are of the best international brands, such as Miele and Alpes, as are the electrical components and the integrated and ducted heating and cooling systems.
OUTDOORS: At Villa Stella Adriatica you can enjoy a relaxed pace of life while sunbathing on the comfortable sun loungers by the pool. The 60-square-metre salt pool is heated with an inverter-driven machine, and goes down to a depth of 2.50 metres: offering a cosy place to cool off, while the surrounding shaded areas are perfect for a respite from the delightful summer heat. The most unspoilt greenery surrounds and embraces Villa Stella Adriatica, which stands triumphant on a plot of around 15,000 square metres adorned with some 200 majestic olive trees (of which 100 are larger) and a colourful and fragrant orchard (with around 30 fruit trees).
The villa offers all the typical Apulian character, with a characteristic trullo housing an ancient pizza oven, and a courtyard with wooden floorboards and Trani stone, which leads all the way to the swimming pool, surrounded by majestic dry-stone walls: ideal places for dining al fresco, contemplating the landscape from different points of view each time, and a wonderful outdoor dining experience, thanks to two functional outdoor kitchens (one near the pool area and one next to the structure).
The most scenic, of the open-air areas of Villa Stella Adriatica, is the roof terrace: accessible via a typical staircase that brings to mind those of typical farmhouses.
