DESCRIPCION
Beautifully tucked away above the Pacific coast of Costa Rica's Blue Zone, the southern Nicoya Peninsula lies this intriguing piece of land featuring a stunning flat ridge of more than 1500ft length at a width of between 150 and 240ft from which the observer marvels from every spot at the same unhindered Pacific as well as mountain/valley views.
The property is endowed with countless, freshwater springs flowing year-round in surprising abundance, two of those located high up close to the top for easy use. There is a picturesque stream which creates a near-300ft waterfall in the midst of a patch of genuine primary forest. A stable property road with nine concrete culverts takes the visitor on a stretch of 2100ft to a height of about 1,500ft elevation rendering an amazing tranquility with no random intruders disturbing the ambience of peace and poetic secludedness, epitomizing being 'away from it all'. The trip to serendipitous turtle beaches takes only some 40 minutes via an adventurous yet transitable road crossing a scenic river in the dry season while shopping can be done in the cantonal hub at 25 minutes distance. Hundreds of cacao trees have also been planted and there are many other types of fruit trees on the land which is perfect for an out-of-the-world private estate or mountain hotel.
