DESCRIPCION
The land is situated in the central valley, Cartago province, around Lake Cachi, and close to Orosi Valley. It is the best place in Costa Rica for farming due to its climate and fertile land. The abundance of water sources on the land makes it eternally green, and ideal for any agricultural activities and endless business development possibilities. A generous portion of it is completely flat, which makes it easier to develop.
The farm accounts for 272 Hectares ( 2 720 515 m2). A portion of the land is located high on the surrounding hills and consists of primary and secondary forests.

COFFEE NURSERY
The farm has a nursery to reproduce coffee plants to replace or to cultivate new areas. Currently has 40000 baby plants. The nursery has an irrigation system. Each year 8 hectares of coffee plantation is renewed with a higher production quality.
COFFEE PROCESSING PLANT
The farm has an operating state-of-the-art coffee processing plant, that receives the coffee grain, processes it, dries it, and stores it. The plant is capable of processing the total production of 3000 fanegas (Each fanegas is 46 kgs).
TRANSPORTATION THROUGH THE FARM
The farm account with an interior road network for transportation.
