The mixed building, urban and rustic, has good sun exposure, is located about 400 meters from the sea coast, has a view to the sea, is limited to the north by Conde Carvalhal Street and extends south to the backyard (recreation ) from school. The east (east) border with another owner and Ribeiro do Pasto; west (west) with private entrance that serves several urban buildings and with another owner.
It presents a gentle slope, sloping north-south. The rustic part has walls of masonry mortar for formation of terraces, has physical connection to the network of water for irrigation, but is deactivated.
The urban part includes an old dwelling (present state degraded and uninhabitable) and the annexes close to that one are very degraded. The yard / garden has no classified vegetation. The rustic part is relatively clean and uncultivated
The building has good access to the city center (it is about 1.5 km) and to the structuring routes.
