Urban land located at the entrance and main exit of Lagos, near the Lagos Marina, Ribeira de Bensafrim and Avenida dos Descobrimentos.
It is a plot of land of 10,935 m2, with an approved development project with 9,500 m2 of construction or 94 flats and also approved for residences for the elderly for 13 rooms.
Lagos is a Portuguese town in the district of Faro, region and sub-region of the Algarve, with approximately 27,949 inhabitants.
The municipality is bordered to the north by Monchique, to the east by Portimao, to the west by Vila do Bispo, to the northwest by Aljezur and to the south by the Atlantic Ocean.
