On lake Mälaren not far from Stockhoolm, the property extends over 62 hectares and includes various magnificent cabin style structures. Although several years have passed since his separation from his Swedish wife Elin Nordegren, only now has he decided to sell the stunning property that is just an hour by boat or car from Stockholm- an ideal location, especially for buyers with a helicopter or private jet. The price the couple originally paid for this marvelous private island is unknown, but the current asking price is just over 6 million euro.
The property consists of a luxury villa, an equally luxurious guest house, a gym, an area for hunting and of course plenty of room for golfing. Guests arriving by water or by jet will be welcomed by a beautiful dock and impeccable airstrip, respectively.
