The girl-next-door actress paid a total of 8 million dollars for the luxury loft located in the prestigious neighborhood SoHo. Not a bad deal considering the location, finish, and the size, measuring over 370 square meters with three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
The luxury New York home was previously owned by Hank Azaria, winner of four Emmy awards and dubbing actor for Boe Szyslak in the Simpsons. The actor purchased the property in 2005 for 4,625 dollars from artist Cindy Sherman, where he lived with his wife Kate Wright before moving to the Upper East Side.
The luxury apartment is found in a noted building, which housed the Nicholas Hotel in 1853. A detail that no doubt has had an impact on the price of the property, along with its many other selling points.
