The actors recent real estate investments haven’t gone unnoticed, the star has recently concluded an excellent deal by selling his luxury property in Los Angeles, more precisely in North Hollywood in San Fernando Valley, an artistic focal point where the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences and Universal Studios are located.
The celebrity home was sold for 1.155 million dollars, 140 thousand less than the original asking price in August 2013. Nonetheless, Van Der Beek has managed to make a profit of around 700 thousand dollars in comparison to what he originally paid back in 2006.
The luxury 280 square meter home is particularly spacious with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, an open plan kitchen and a connecting dining room, and living room.
