By nature architects are capable of imagining the unthinkable and bringing it to life. This is the case with renowned Madrid architect Daniel Martin Ferrero, chief executive of the prestigious Spanish Martin Ferrero Architecture Studio.
His most recent work, Xalima Island personifies his daring creativity in a fearless design perched on a cliff. Daniel Martin Ferrero has publicized the initial interpretations of the innovative project, which is still in the conceptual phase.
The deluxe home is to be built on a cliff top looking over the sea, isolated from the world below with delightful views of endless horizons toward the sea that embraces the breathtaking island .
The structure is to be formed of a composition of glass and steel, housing an exclusive luxurious space with the best of comforts in complete privacy, thanks to its outstanding location.
The majority of the stonework of the walls is dominated by large floor to ceiling glass panels, which look out onto the beautiful picture-perfect views. The secluded location on the otherwise deserted island guarantees total privacy.
The interior design choices have been carefully studied in order to achieve harmony between the outer and inner spaces. The talented architect has rigorously selected the décor with the intention of having it infuse with the surrounding nature. The neutral tones of the wood and the strong presence of glass render the villa warm and inviting.
The exterior of the luxurious villa is to be just as impressive with an infinity pool on the cliff edge.
For now, the deluxe villa only exists virtually. Nonetheless it has caught the eye of many in no time, leaving us eager to see the finished result.
