The Time Warner Center in New York is made up of two skyscrapers almost 229 meters high. Luxury apartments and penthouses along with an impressive condominium with a gym and various stores complete the striking buildings.
A number of luxury apartments have recently been reevaluated, including a penthouse that has been valued at 75 million dollars. This has led to an increase in prices for the properties. Russian millionaire Anna Anisimova has valued her apartment located on the 75th floor for 50 million dollars. Despite the fact that the property is currently being leased at a total of 60,000 dollars per month.
Both towers have recently been restored which has greatly increased the value of the properties. Noel Jeffrey, noted for his style and personality has led the redevelopment plans. Jeffrey has covered the interior design for numerous penthouses within both towers.
In the past, investor Gerhard Andlinger sold an apartment on the 70th floor for 37.5 million dollars and he is currently attempting to sell another property very similar to the one previously sold but at double the price. The Time Warner Center properties are currently categorized amongst the most expensive apartments and penthouses in New York.
Given the current luxury real estate market situation, it will be necessary to wait a month or so to see if the reevaluation of the properties mirrors the expectations of potential buyers, otherwise the property owners will have to reconsider their price.
