The 600 square meter property cost a total of $4.8 million (around €3.5 million). Now the rapper must prove to the judges of Atlanta that he can afford to support his son with his income of $25,000 a month(almost €3.5 million).
Nonetheless, according to the photos he has published of himself and his new girlfriend, Euxodiee, on Instagram, it seems that Ludacris is content with his new pad.
The luxury home boasts a breathtaking view over Los Angeles. Furthermore, the property is complete with a swimming pool and spa positioned in the center of the garden. The luxury home consists of five bedrooms, five bathrooms, complimented with astonishing views from every angle of the house. The magnificent living room is fitted with a center bar.

The new purchase coincided with the sale of Ludacris’s apartment in the west of Los Angeles for a value of $879,000 (around €642,000) that he hastily sold in order to be able to afford his new residence.
