The American real estate network Coldwell Banker Previews International, along with the prestigious research company Luxury Institute have carried out an interesting market study to investigate the outstanding features most desired in a property.
The study was carried out by interviewing 300 Americans with an income of more than 250,000 dollars. The results of this study were quite surprising to say the least.
In response to the question regarding which are the most important material or immaterial benefits for a home, 39% responded a house with an open space, while 32% of the interviewees confirmed the desire to have a house with an advanced security system with the possibility to verify the system with external devices or vocal control.
Amongst the other popular elements include a property with a swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen space and a gym fitted with the best equipment available.
According to this survey the elements that have proven to be less important are a guest room, sports facilities nearby (a tennis court in particular) and the possibility to have a garage or parking space.
