Petra island is a private island covering around 11 hectares, situated in the center of lake Mahopac at less than 50 miles north of New York. The exclusive island is an ideal spot to escape hectic everyday life and pass a relaxing romantic weekend out of the city.
The island is graced with two luxury properties created by the renowned American architect Frank Lloyd Wright who according to the American Institute of Architects is one of the greatest American architects of all time.
The Paradise island is represented by an impressive Massaro House, a masterpiece creation by Wright that dominates the island with its 470 square meter surface.
