Leases in this luxurious building which houses prestigious hotels and some of the most internationally renowned restaurants in the world are far from moderate. The minimum lease for an apartment with two bedrooms in this deluxe building is around 81 million dollars a month, at a conversion rate of around 60,000 euro.
Second place in this classification goes to an impressive 360 square meter luxury property that dates back to 1656, located in the Hamptons. Rental rates in this distinguished building, considered as one of the oldest properties currently on the American real estate market, come to around 50,000 euro per month.
The legendary Beverly House ranked in third place in the classification with a lease of just under 55,000 euro a month is also considered the residence with the highest lease in all of America.
