An old historical structure, of more than 150 years, has recently been renovated into a unique, one of a kind luxury home, to say the least.
The Ex Water Tower, venetian style building is situated in Kennington and it is on the market for £6.5 million pounds.
At nine story’s high, the property covers 416 square meters. It is composed of five bedrooms, each with its own theme, two living rooms, a contemporary kitchen, and four bathrooms.
Amongst the luxury comforts include, tinted windows which change from transparent to opaque, allowing residents to enjoy the view of London whilst maintaining their privacy. Additionally, the house has a gym, a wine cellar and a garage.
In addition to an elevator, the original stone staircase has been maintained.
The tower has an extension called The Cube, which is home to the kitchen and a living room, as well as providing space for a magnificent terrace with a wonderful city view, including the London Eye and Big Ben. The Prospect Room at the tip of the tower , originally the water reservoir, is the greatest achievement of this majestic transformation.
The entire structure was subject to great attention to detail by the famous interior designer, Sue Timney.
