The rapper Sean Combs, better known as Puff Daddy, has yet to be successful with the sale of his New York property.
The property has been on the market since 2012, with an initial asking price of $8.5 million, but the price has since been drastically reduced to $600.000.
The apartment in Midtown Manhattan has been reduced in cost by $7.99 million. Diddy purchased the property in 2005 for $3.8 million, meaning that he will make a profit either way at the current reduced asking price.
The lavish 212 square meter property was originally made up of three bedrooms and four bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have since been converted into a giant open space with a multimedia room, black velvet sofas, a grand piano, a bar and floor to ceiling windows, which provide an impressive view of Central Park and New York.
Diddy wishes to sell the property as soon as possible, now that he spends the majority of his time in Miami, where he has a luxury villa worth $30 million.
