Kat Von D ( Katherine von Drachenberg), tattoo artist, best known from the reality TV show LA Ink, has put her luxury Hollywood home up for sale at a price of 2.5 million dollars.
The house is described as a luxury “Spanish style” home, however, the interior is very much in line with Kat’s taste, veering toward dark and gothic in style.
The 385square meter property was built in 1927, with a total of four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a study, a library, a spacious garden with a barbeque area, a private spa and a separate house for guests.
The La Ink star’s villa is similar to a castle, in perfect harmony with the gothic interior and rock n’ roll touch. The living room is occupied by red velvet chairs, large purple candles placed in front of the fireplace and the walls are covered with particular artwork of unsettling images.
Kat Von D decided to sell her little LA castle, so that she can look for something else with soon to be husband, DeadMau5. Their wedding is set for August 10th, and it is promised to be “the furthest thing possible from traditional”.
