After having sold his attic in New York in March, Billy Joel continues to say farewell to his luxury properties.
The famous musician has just sold his villa in Miami, Florida, for 14 million dollars to the fashion tycoon Diego Della Valle. The sale of the magnificent home did not succeed in meeting the high costs originally spent by the owner of the famous footwear store Tod’s.
The property, made up of almost 900 square meters, is composed of seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms. The house is beautifully decorated, with large crystal chandeliers, a magnificent staircase, and arched windows looking out onto the sea and Miami city.
The villa is situated on the exclusive La Gorce Island, where other stars have lived, such as Cher and Lil Wayne.
Diego Della Valle and his guests will be able to enjoy a breathtaking view of Biscayne bay from the many outdoor relax areas designed in the wonderful garden that surrounds the property.
To top it off, the luxury property also includes a swimming pool and various garages.
