Olivia Newton-John, famous for her role in Grease, and husband John Easterling, have recently decided to put their luxury property in Florida up for sale, with an asking price of 6.2 million dollars.
The couple purchased the villa four years ago, for just over 4.2 million dollars. Considering the costly 2 million dollar renovation process, they have chosen to sell the property at an increased price.
The property is situated at Jupiter Inlet Colony, one of the most exclusive spots in the USA, on the southern point of Jupiter Island. The villa opens up onto a creek with a breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean.
The 595 square meter property consists of four bedrooms, four bathrooms, hurricane proof doors and windows, a water purifying system, and energy efficient air-conditioning.
The property is furnished with personalized wooden pieces, cypress ceilings and coral tiling.
The master suite is organized with a lounge area, bar, large walk-in-wardrobe, and terrace with a spiral staircase.
The outdoor area consists of a lagoon, a spa, a private quay, and a beach with a hammock.
Various celebrities have lived in the area, such as, Tiger Woods, Michael Jordan, Kid Rock and Celine Dion.
