The singer Leona Lewis has finally found a buyer for her property in Hollywood.
The property was built in 1999 in an exclusive neighborhood surrounded by other celebrities and luxury homes. Leona purchased the villa for 1.85 million dollars in 2009, and it has since been on the market for two years now at 2.5 million. Finally, the villa has sold for 400,000 dollars less than the asking price, at just over 2 million dollars.
The villa covers more than 1200sqm, consisting of a dining room, living room, four fireplaces, four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Adjacent there is a guest house with a gym, one bedroom, and a bathroom.
The villa is surrounded by blooming well-kept gardens, with a swimming pool, a relax area and a barbeque corner.
Much like the style of its owner, the villa is decorated in a luxurious and elegant style with white walls and large chandeliers.
The luxurious reception is home to a grand piano positioned below a dazzling crystal chandelier.
Leona has recently been on tour in the United Kingdom to promote her third album Glassheart, before returning to the studio to work on a new project. The singer is also kept busy outside of the music world, with reports that she may intend on marrying boyfriend, Dennis Jauch.
